Comment:  Love these boys <33 Easily the best fraternity on campus and are the most fun to mix with. All the guys are so nice and really chill and love to have a good time. They're really involved on campus but also know how to rage. They throw the best parties and even though plattsburgh's greek life isn't the greatest, Chi Phi holds it down!
