Comment:  Between the Winter 2013, Fall 2013, and Winter 2014 PCs, AGD has improved dramatically. Focussing on sisterhood, getting cuter girls, getting more involved on campus... If they're called 'bottom tier' now it's because of their previous reputation, these girls should be counted on the level of Pi Phi and Deeph as they are now.
