Comment:  Let's face it, Sig Chi is an alright frat. Three frats dominate the social scene, mainly because of proximity and them having nice houses (Fiji, Psi and Phi Delt), so its fair to say sig chi is the top middle tier frat with DU. The problem with Sig Chi is that they are far away and they struggle with rush. My friend was being rushed there this year and all he could say is that their rush class is essentially full of phi delt and psi rejects.
