Comment:  I'm going to speak the truth. Pi kappa phi is not a top fraternity, but i honestly think they soon will. They have the biggest house and starting to have decent parties from what ive heard. They took one of the best spring pledge class and if they do get a solid upcoming fall class, they are at the top.
