Comment:   The guys of Phi Delt really are caring, fun, have depth, funny, respectful, smart and know how to have a great time. Everytime I am there the guys seem to have a great bon and are always having a good time. Their house is probably one of the nicest of all the fraternities--It never smells like piss or barf like many others! They are the epitome of work hard, play hard. I honestly am lucky to have found these guys and wished they ranked to reflect their great qualities.
