Comment:  Kappa Delta majorly screwed up this year with their recruitment. PC'13 was pretty hot, it's a shame PC'14 didn't live up. Good thing about these girls is that they're always down to party and mixers with them can get pretty memorable. Some really nice girls, others are annoying, especially when in a group. Kappa Delta was approaching top tier after last year's PC, but after this year, they're stuck in the middle.
