Comment:  Alpha Phi ended up with the hottest PC this year. Cute girls, most are down to rage pretty hard although some take it a little overboard. I've heard they're pretty close as sisters. Lots of pride in their chapter some could be more panhell. Pretty good turn out at our mixers with them. All in all, Alpha Phi has done nothing but improve from my freshman year. Top tier, bound to stay that way if they keep up the good work during next years recruitment.
