Comment:  Poor Phi Kap. They were an up and coming frat and have just completely fallen apart. The frattier guys that I know they want to take, all went Lambda or Fiji. On the other end, a number of the more involved guys they like go Beta. They are just picking up the rejects(assuming they don't go Delt). At this point, I don't even know what qualities would define them. They're basically going to have to reevaluate who they are, especially with a new fraternity on campus, or risk another bad year.
