Comment:  This house has quality and then some strait goons, all so cal image. Ironically some friends of mine dropped initation day because they hated the brothers in the house. you gotta know somethings up if your guaranteed in and you drop because of the actives. Dues are outrageous 2200 a semester. I know people in there that hangout with pi kapps and fijis more than their own house. They don't even have an initiation week, which means there a social club.
