Comment:  Pros: They have the last of the frat castles on campus. Their past 2 PC's have moved the house up a ton and that should continue. They run the middle tier and still have mixers and pregames with top tiers. Very smart guys (lot of engineers). Cons: The house is withering (rumor they are getting it redone this summer but we'll see), still have pledge term (unlike SAE, Sig Ep or Sammy), its still the mix pit so your gonna have the best guys and some weird ones thrown in.
