Comment:  Phi Delts have always been one of the most involved fraternities on campus. Best group of guys out there and one of the best brotherhood bonds on campus. They're starting to throw more parties for Non Phi Delts which is awesome. All around great group and their social scene is starting to turn up more and become less name on a list based.
