Comment:  i'm not gonna bash them, even they are self rating (hard to say for sure that ALL the positive reviews are fake, every frat has groupies and they're not ALL tools). i think a lot of these kids are good frat material, a lot more aren't though. that is something they have to work on with recruitment, but theyre still new. they are trying very hard though, and have gotten more social and organized. yes, i'd say theyre better than lambda chi, alpha sig, and aepi, but no better than phi delt.
