Comment:  Um I say top of the bottom. I dont usually like to post negative things, but Ive just come to notice that PhiKap is never gona be the same. Ever since they got rid of the older guys, its like they have no idea what they are doing. There are a couple of chill dudes there but they do not know how to talk to girls at all. Usually girls will just be standing there at their parties. I mean what ever they focus on their brotherhood more than their PR.
