Comment:  These guys are an interesting case. From what I have seen and the guys I have met, their younger guys are solid and should do well in the upcoming year. Their older guys just suck. I could be wrong, but I haven't been proven wrong yet. Look for them to be much better in the next couple years as the younger classes take over and the older guys get pushed out. I'd rate them as "on the rise".
