Comment:  I'm not sure who is more firmly cemented into dead center of "middle tier", Kappa or Pi Phi. Kappa is full of any kind of girl you can think of. Very few seem to be your typical sorority girl, and in some cases that is a good thing and in others it is bad. I really cannot even think of an opinion or critique for them. They're just kind of... there.
