Comment:  Many say that they don't have a brotherhood because they have no pledging process and they have the largest numbers. It is their national fraternity that has no "pledging" process but as the sheer numbers show they have a great environment. Every time I've been to their house brothers introduce their-self and show the upmost respect. They even-get this-introduce you to other brothers. Shocking these men can remember 50+ names and their interests!
