Comment:  Get girls only because they are known for being "rich". I have heard from a couple different people they have been doing some pretty disrespectful things but they were never known for being nice guys. Their parties aren't great because they are too scared to mess up their house which isn't much nicer than a sorority house... with sticky floors.
