Comment:  Any other rating than top tier just isn't accurate. Compared to what other houses in Davis? Along with maybe Pike, Sigma Chi, and barely Theta Xi, they easily hold their own in the top tier. Anytime I go over with my friend they are so friendly and they don't creep me out if I'm sitting by myself like I've had at other frats. I see them drinking together on weekends and some afternoons, and they have a lot of fun. Great group of guys and awesome house and location.
