Comment:  Phi Delt has really come a long way in recent years. I have seen them go from barely being relevant, to easily one of the most core fraternities on campus. They have really branched out to more than their usual three sororities, have been really involved with Panhel philanthropies, and have been doing phenomenal with their PR. Not to mention that their last two pledge classes have been absolute gems. I'm glad to see that they are where they are today :)
