Comment:  Phi Psi is on the rise more so than any other fraternity. Truthfully they can become a true top tier, but inter-chapter cleansing is much needed. Pledge classes for 2013-2014 are amazing and are the start to the, what could be, dominance of Phi Psi at Texas State. With the addition of Road House, the former ATO Ranch House, rush and social events will be much better. Expect big things and changes from Phi Psi, but this is just honest opinion.
