Comment:  SAE falls under a different category then chapters like KA and Fiji, but I'd still say they're top tier. They don't give bids based on wealth or high school connections like KA/Fiji, but they still maintain a strong pledge class each semester. They're known for having the best house on campus and the biggest parties, but their guys are known for being somewhat douchey. SAE is essentially what the stereotypical "top house" looks like
