Comment:  OK they have potential, I know a bunch of kids in it, but they're definitely not top tier. They've been trying so hard to be involved (almost to a fault), but still need to work on standardizing their stereotype (hint: southern frats won't fly at UM). They seem to have gotten more cohesive, but there is still way too big of a gap between their good kids and the weird ones. If they want to improve, they need to focus on quality over quantity, and keep the weird ones out of the way at parties.
