They lost their Russell duplex last year because they couldn't fill it then. They'll throw out bids like Theta Chi on steroids in order to get numbers they need. "Opportunities" because they're basically in a development stage. Don't expect to have any exchanges even with Theta or Chi-O for another year. Join an established fraternity, there's a reason they all have over 60-70 guys
