Comment:  Actually, PiPhi is upper middle tier or lower top tier---depending on whom you ask. Cute, FUN girls who really love being in a sorority. In fact, I think they are the most "sorority" out of any of the houses on campus. They just need to reel-it-in in regards to partying, because their classiness level is not too great.
