Comment:  ummm all these bad ranks are clearly by either Pikes or girls who don't hang out with Phi Psi. Pretty clearly a top tier fraternity, great parties, cool & NORMAL guys (unlike Pike, Pi Kapp, Sigma Chi etc). They may not win sorority philanthropies, but anyone on their team will have a great time. they're slowly but surely getting more organized and every year they take quality pledge classes...not really sure how anyone could dislike Phi Psi...
