Comment:  pi phi is definitely top tier because of how exclusive they are (or try to appear) but this years PC is making them worthy of middle tier at best. all of the vegas girls really bring them down. not chill or natural girls at all and they all are very dramatic and catty. not that fun to be around and i would very much like to pour a bucket of water over their heads and see what they look like without a layer of makeup and hairspray
