Comment:  pi kap should not be ranked this high. I'm friends with a lot of them and mainly what they have going of them is they know how to throw down. they're not involved on campus, have barely any brotherhood, and aren't known for mixing well with the rest of the greek community. pi kap is middle to upper tier at best but definitely not top tier. sorry boys.
