Comment:  Lambda is a good pregame house. They dont have many events that are worthwhile other than stoplight, and their house is falling apart. From what i have heard from other sisters, their pledgeship is very easy which is why a lot of the guys in the house are still "high school heros". The house is supposedly going to be renovated soon though!
