Comment:  Coming from a neighboring fraternity also on new row, I can honestly say they are one of the few other new row fraternities that I can semi respect. Don't get me wrong, they have some things holding back from being complete top tier, but I would put them on the low end of top tier. They are usually very welcoming for their parties, which is kinda refreshing on new row. They also don't try to be copy everything they see on TFM (I'm looking at you theta chi and ping pong). Very strong brotherhood.
