Comment:  Phi Sigma Phi at Eastern is a chapter going through a lot of changes. This chapter used to have a focus simply on partying, but as time has changed so have the members. They have started focusing on the social aspect that is the duty of a social fraternity. This chapter has also taken it upon themselves to start donating more time and resources towards philanthropy/service. It has been an honor and a privilege watching these guys grow into better men.
