Comment:  You can tell that these guys have definitely gotten their stuff together as the semester has progressed, as they have stopped getting in trouble with the university, but are still throwing great parties. They have the hottest and most fun older guys, and their pledge class while a bit smaller, has real quality gentlemen! Phi psi is definitely back on top, and I love these boys :)
