Comment:  These guys have all the potential in the world but don't seem to care. They have the looks parties and dress well enough to be top tier but they refuse to do the fundamental things that make a chapter top tier. Yeah an off campus house is great for parties and events, your parties are louder and crazier than anyone else's but seriously come on, do a volunteering event on campus every once in a while, stop going to round-up every year and partake in UH's mediocre (at best) Frontier Fiesta.
