Comment:  The only thing separating them from being top tier is that top tier sororities have like 90% gems and Gphi is around 75%. Gammies was the best philanthropy so far and the girls looked like absolute stunners. Trending upwards in the best way. Middle tier and #5/6, get a little more involved next year.
