Comment:  Kappa Sigma is definitely on the rise. The generation of lazy drunks is being phased out for pledge classes that are smarter, more committed, and nicer. Not only that, but their new house is by far one of the nicest on campus. If they can heavily promote their brotherhood on campus/host more events/parties, they can easily become Top 5 in the next several years. For now, though, they're still middle tier.
