Comment:  Kappas aren't all that hot---the last 2 or 3 pledge classes are a mix of girls in terms of looks. It's just that they have the rep of being hot, so everyone just thinks they are. Anyway, that said, Kappa is a top house. But definitely not the nicest or classiest.
