Comment:  coming into ffr '13 this website gave me the impression that this house was middle tier right below top tier. so pretty good… well i went to their spring and all the other houses who had it and they all impressed me more than axo. the home is a retirement home and the girls were awkward or boring or weird so i assume that reputation was set by their seniors bc their new pc was not desirable for me. that and all the axo's i know are just…shudder
