Comment:  DPhiE is brand new so they have struggled but I think they're going to work their way up just like Kappa did. For the record they do have the lot next to KD so we should see them starting to build in the next year. Definitely don't count them out because they are doing great for a chapter that's barely 2 years old. They do have some weird girls but every sorority does, we just can't see them because other sororities have hot girls to cover it up.
