Comment:  Creepy. 20 person parties. No one will party with but middle and bottom tier. Even had the titan's cheerleaders come in for rush week and only got about 3 pledges in the fall while top tier fraternities got 20-30 pledges. Has been at the bottom for a long time and will stay there. :)
