Comment:  I haven't met a single AOII who's awkward-this might have been the older members whom are graduating or have graduted. These girls have solid potential but they lack greek enthusiasm- don't see many AOII's at parties or other greek events. Need to improve on being more enthusiastic, friendly, and charismatic in general. Some girls with great personalities but the rest of the shy girls REALLY need to come out of their shells- it's because of the shy girls that ppl might think they're awkward
