Comment:  Everyone on campus knows that Theta is extremely attractive, and yeah they may be the typical stuck up sorority girls that people love to hate but they own their reputation and who they are. Who cares if they like monograms and Lilly Pulitzer, they don't try to be something they're not and I respect that. Easily a top house, and everyone knows it. But maybee branch out from Phi Psi, people would love to see thetas out at other places.
