Everyone knows they tend to only recruit blonde hair/blue eyes/white valley girls so it does take a lot to make them consider you if you don't fall under those categories. During Fall Recruitment 2013- around 75% of the girls wanted AGD as their first choice but only around 35% of those girls gets initiated in.
