Comment:  Phi Psi is a very unorganized fraternity with an extremely high turnover rate for their members. They always produce a good rush and solid pledge class, but most members simply go inactive because of the lack of organization and misuse of funds during the semester. A lot of Mexicans, which isn't frat, but its 2014.Terrible sorority relations, but Ms. Bobcat is a step in the right direction. Most of all, needs leadership. Look for Phi Psi to make a big impact next fall or stay in the usual shadow
