Comment:  i feel like kappa delta never does anything but sell girl scout cookies. you never see them together, they never show their love, they don't support philanthropies very well.. yet they try to walk around campus like they're the best. definitely NOT top tier.. a bunch of prudes who won't throw any mixers with the frats like they're too good for everyone.
