Comment:  House is 100% paid for. On a corner lot with a 2nd house next door and completely well maintained so who cares if downtown. 1000 members since 1974 so would say the legacy speaks for itself. More alumni who are extremely well off financially who continually give back to the chapter. 2nd oldest fraternity at Chico state who plan on being there for another 40 years. Greeks come and go, many of the fraternity's and sororities there now will be gone someday when you come back to visit.
