Comment:  The fraternity is sub par, but it has decent 5-10 year potential. Biggest Pro's: Above average brotherhood and storied campus history. Biggest Con's: No house, no $$$, no sorority relationships, no parties. For comparison, consider some of the other groups on campus... Mansion-esque houses, weekly sorority pre-bars/a-bars, endowments, and actually parties.
