Comment:  Sigma Chi has a bunch of positives and very few negatives. They are generally perceived to be one of the most attractive fraternities on campus and are definitely the most social. The have a senior house and have recently received their own residence building from the school. One of the few downsides is that are also perceived as a bunch of tools, which is not necessarily a bad thing. Overall, they are probably the best social fraternity and are average or above average in everything else.
