Comment:  If you expect a fraternity thats only been around for a few years to be top house or top tier this quickly your being unreasonable. The fact that this chapter has even hit where it is right now is as impressive as UCSD catching up to schools like UCLA and in the near future even Berkeley despite being around for less than half the time as those schools. This fraternity has a lot of potential and with the direction its going, top tier will be an understatement..
