Comment:  I can honestly say that as an outside source, this chapter looks to be changing for the better. In the last quarter, I've seen a lot more out of them, not only at parties, but also other Greek philanthropies. They're still for sure middle tier, but it's good to see them coming out more! We will have to wait and see if it stays that way.
