Comment:  I think the bid promising is not because they are afraid of theta. The rivalry I would say is between Phi Mu and Alpha Phi. I don't think either sorority is threatened by theta at this point. I'm a big supporter of Theta and one day it might go back to be a top sorority at JHU, but that takes time.
