Comment:  What makes them a top house is that they're friends with EVERYONE, and know how to party, and host fun parties. Some guys are misses, but hands down my favorite because they're so friendly and fun. They started their own philanthropy cause, which is admirable. You'll almost never see a brother alone, they're always being ATBros together. Their recruitment is more personality based, which makes them a strong house that everyone wants to/can be friends with.
